Privacy Policy

How NPC Forge handles account data, content, and connected Google and YouTube workflows.

Effective Date

What NPC Forge Is

NPC Forge is a creative and publishing platform used to generate, organize, and transform tabletop and story content. This includes imported story material, generated narrative content, media assets, and optional publishing workflows such as YouTube upload automation.

What Data We Collect

We may collect account identifiers, story and chapter content, uploaded or generated media assets, workflow records, import and render job status, and YouTube connection metadata needed to operate the service.

When Google or YouTube integration is used, we may store the authorized Google account email, channel details, granted scopes, encrypted refresh tokens, verification timestamps, and upload status information.

How We Use Data

We use collected data to provide the core NPC Forge experience, including content generation, import synchronization, media rendering, workflow tracking, troubleshooting, and optional publishing to connected platforms.

We also use operational logs and status records to support approvals, retries, audits, and safe automation controls.

Google And YouTube OAuth Data

If you connect a Google account, NPC Forge uses Google OAuth to verify the connected account and, when approved by you, access YouTube features needed for channel verification and video upload.

OAuth tokens are stored in encrypted form and are used only to support the connected publishing workflow, connection verification, and upload-related actions that you authorize.

Hosting, Storage, And Service Providers

NPC Forge uses Google technologies including Firebase, Google Cloud, and related hosted services for application hosting, authentication, database storage, file storage, and background processing.

Where integrations are enabled, connected third-party services such as YouTube are used only for the workflows you intentionally configure.

Cookies, Sessions, And Authentication

NPC Forge may use authentication state, session tokens, and local browser storage to keep you signed in, preserve settings, and support normal application behavior.

These technologies are used to operate the product and are not intended as a separate advertising or consumer tracking system.

Retention And Deletion

We retain data for as long as it is reasonably needed to operate the service, maintain workflow history, support troubleshooting, or comply with legitimate operational requirements.

If you need data or connected account details removed, contact the developer using the address below.

Your Choices

You may disconnect supported third-party integrations, stop using the service, or request review of stored account-connected data. Some operational records may remain as part of job history or service integrity logs.

Changes To This Policy

This policy may be updated as NPC Forge evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date on this page.
