By using NPC Forge, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

NPC Forge provides tools for generating, organizing, importing, transforming, and optionally publishing story and media content. Features may include content generation, workflow tracking, media rendering, and connected platform publishing.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, the accounts you connect, and the decisions you make when enabling automation, uploads, or publication workflows.

You are also responsible for securing access to your own accounts and reviewing outputs before distributing them where appropriate.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed for any story content, images, audio, video, or other assets you upload, import, generate, or publish through NPC Forge.

You must not use the service to publish content that infringes the rights of others.

If you connect YouTube, you authorize NPC Forge to act on your behalf only within the scope of the permissions you grant. You remain responsible for your channel, its policies, its uploads, and compliance with YouTube and Google platform rules.

You may not use NPC Forge to violate law, infringe rights, abuse connected services, circumvent platform restrictions, attempt unauthorized access, or distribute harmful, deceptive, or unlawful content.

NPC Forge may change, pause, fail, or be unavailable at times. Features may be experimental, in testing, or subject to provider limits, integration failures, and policy restrictions.

NPC Forge is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without guarantees that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NPC Forge and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business interruption losses arising from use of the service, connected platform actions, or automated publishing workflows.

Access to NPC Forge or connected workflows may be limited, suspended, or revoked if needed for security, abuse prevention, policy compliance, operational protection, or maintenance.

These Terms may be updated as the service evolves. Continued use of NPC Forge after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
